Tomeka Bell – President
Over the past five years, Tomeka Bell has successfully developed a firm that ensures clients receive great customer service, excellent project delivery, and transparent communication every time. Her passion for pursuing quality stems from her drive for excellence, a trait that served her well as an HR professional and IT consultant.
Tomeka’s background in IT with Oracle, first as a senior technical analyst and then as a human resource management system and business intelligence consultant, uniquely equips her to utilize her experience as the leader of Validity Solutions. This combination ensures she provides clients a higher level of understanding of their goals and needs.
She was an IBM nominee for the 2015 Tuck-WBENC Executive Program, as well as the recipient of the Dorothy B. Brothers Scholarship.
