Over the past five years, Tomeka has successfully developed a firm that ensures clients receive exceptional customer service, excellent project delivery, and transparent communication. Her commitment to customer service and dedication to excellence served her well as an HR professional and IT consultant, now serve to enhance the services offered by her firm.

Tomeka’s background in IT spans over 14 years, first as a senior technical analyst with Oracle then as a human resource management system and business intelligence consultant, where she implemented and supported these systems for clients that included Wyndham Worldwide, Devereux Foundation, Benjamin Moore, Towers Watson, and Wendy-Arby’s Group.

Tomeka’s demonstrated background and proven leadership uniquely equips her to lead Validity Solutions, and ensures that the needs of employees, clients, and partners are exceeded.

Recognizing Tomeka as a high potential executive, IBM selected her to attend the 2015 Tuck Executive Leadership Program, and she was a recipient of the Dorothy B. Brothers Scholarship that provides tuition to women business owners to attend one of the best executive education programs in the country.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
